We are looking for a focused Customer Support representative to respond to customer inquiries using pre-written scripts and templates. In this role, you will reply to emails, texts, or chats using approved scripts with minimal thinking required—mostly copy, paste, and slight edits.

This is a script-based support role where consistency matters more than creativity. You will be provided with scripts or templates for various customer scenarios, and your responsibility is to ensure accurate and consistent responses while maintaining a professional and helpful tone.

To do well in this job, you should be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions precisely, and comfortable with repetitive tasks. Top candidates will be focused, reliable, and able to maintain accuracy while processing multiple customer inquiries efficiently.

How It Works

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, or chat using pre-written scripts.
  • Select appropriate scripts based on the nature of customer requests.
  • Make minor edits to personalize responses while maintaining script consistency.
  • Follow established guidelines for response accuracy and tone.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Identify and escalate issues that fall outside standard script responses.
  • Meet daily response time and volume targets.
  • Participate in training to learn new scripts and process updates.
  • Ensure all responses adhere to company quality standards.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1+ years of experience in customer support or similar role.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining focus.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and chat platforms.
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
